Susanna is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Liberata Collective, an opera production company that creates original works which move between opera and theatre, rooted in historical acting methods.

She oversees the company's strategic direction and production bookings, managing production planning and delivery. This includes engaging artists, coordinating performer logistics, overseeing contracts and schedules, managing budgets and finances, and ensuring the smooth running of productions from planning through to performance.
